Executed full-scope mechanical overhaul and component rehabilitation for the slow mixer system, ensuring optimal performance, smooth operation, and extended equipment lifespan.

  • Complete dismantling of all mixer assemblies and structural components
  • Precision replacement of upper and lower bearings in our specialized workshop
  • Comprehensive gearbox maintenance and internal inspection

  • Dismantled (6) legacy MV capacitors rated at 657 kVAR
